Disinvestment / Strategic Actions
- Thane Commercial Tower A Management Private Limited ("Thane Commercial") has ceased to be a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of Lodha Developers Limited with effect from June 10, 2026.
- The subsidiary was incorporated solely for providing infrastructure, facility management and allied services for the commercial building "Lodha iThink-Tower A" located at Eastern Express Highway, Chirak Nagar, Thane (W), Taluka & Dist. Thane – 400607.
- The cessation occurred pursuant to contractual arrangements with unit holders of the Project and provisions of Maharashtra Ownership Flats Act, 1963 (MOFA).
- The Company has transferred/shall transfer proportionate equity shares of Thane Commercial to each unit holder corresponding to their ownership in the Project.
- Expected completion date of transfer: Before August 31, 2026
- Consideration: Not Applicable (no monetary consideration received)
- Buyers: Designated Unit holders of the premises. None belong to promoter/promoter group/group companies.
- Transaction does not constitute related party transaction.
