Reporting Methodology Change

Since its listing in April 2021, Lodha has been a pioneer in providing transparent performance metrics for the real estate industry. The company was among the first to provide:

• Quarterly pre-releases of pre-sales and operating performance
• Proforma profitability and P&L statements for full operational transparency

As the next step in this transparency journey, and as previously highlighted in the FY26 annual earnings call, the company will now focus on audited Revenues and PAT (Profit After Tax) as primary business health measures.

Future Reporting Schedule

Audited financial results will be reported:

• With quarterly results in the last week of July 2026
• Similarly in subsequent quarters going forward
• Along with relevant operating indicators including pre-sales data

Discontinuation of Previous Practice

The company will no longer issue separate operating performance pre-releases effective immediately.

For the quarter just ended (Q1 FY27), the company confirmed that performance has been "in line with our guidance."
