Trading in the company's equity shares recommenced after BSE Limited granted approval. This approval followed the successful implementation of a Resolution Plan, which was itself approved by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench. The NCLT's approval order was dated 28th July 2025.

Currently, trading is subject to the applicable surveillance framework prescribed by the Stock Exchange for the recommencement of trading post-IBC.
