Sri Lotus Developers and Realty Limited granted 12,06,500 stock options to eligible employees under its ESOP 2024 scheme on April 01, 2026.
Each option is exercisable at Rs. 75/- per share, convertible into one equity share of face value Re. 1/- each.
Options will vest after one year from the grant date and may be exercised within five years from the date of vesting.
