LTM Allots 128,000 ESOP Shares to Trust

LTM's NRC approved allotment of 128,000 equity shares to its Employee Welfare Trust under ESOP schemes.
The shares will be transferred to eligible employees upon exercise of options and rank pari-passu with existing shares.
The meeting was held on April 23, 2026, from 1:30 PM to 2:15 PM, following the company's name change.
