L&T Technology Services Limited has completed the transfer of its Smart World and Communication Business Unit (SWC Unit) to AMI Paradigm Solutions Private Limited effective September 1, 2026. The transaction was executed in accordance with the Business Transfer Agreement that was signed between the parties on March 25, 2026.
