The meeting commenced at 11:30 AM and concluded at 3:00 PM.

Book Closure Period

The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 5th September, 2026 to Friday, 11th September, 2026 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting.

Board Approval

These dates were finalized by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 12th August, 2026.
