Lumax Auto Technologies Limited has completed the sale of its entire equity stake aggregating to 50% of the equity share capital of Lumax Jopp Allied Technologies Private Limited to Jopp Holding GmbH, Germany, the joint venture partner. The transaction was completed on June 29, 2026.
As a result of this transaction, Lumax Jopp Allied Technologies Private Limited has ceased to be a joint venture of the company with effect from June 29, 2026.
