Lupin Appoints Deloitte as New Statutory Auditors

Lupin's Board recommends appointing Deloitte Haskins & Sells as Statutory Auditors for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval at the 44th AGM.
Outgoing auditor B S R & Co. LLP is completing its second consecutive five-year term at the conclusion of the upcoming AGM.
The appointment was approved by the Audit Committee and Board during a meeting held on May 07, 2026.
