Lupin Completes VISUfarma B.V. Acquisition

Lupin's wholly owned Dutch subsidiary Nanomi B.V. completed acquisition of entire share capital of VISUfarma B.V., Netherlands on April 1, 2026.
VISUfarma and its wholly owned subsidiaries now become wholly owned subsidiaries of Nanomi B.V. effective April 1, 2026.
The acquisition follows a definitive agreement announced September 29, 2025, with closing conditions fulfilled as of the intimation date.
