Lyka Labs Limited informs of NCLT sanction for amalgamation of Lyka Exports Limited into the company, effective 8th April 2026.
The Scheme was approved by NCLT Ahmedabad Bench on 16th March 2026 and filed with ROC Ahmedabad on 8th April 2026.
Authorized share capital automatically increased to ₹59 crore comprising 5.7 crore equity shares and 2 lakh preference shares.
Appointed Date for the Scheme is backdated to 1st April 2022, with Memorandum of Association Clause V amended accordingly.
