Mahindra & Mahindra's Board of Directors will meet on 5th May 2026 to approve Q4 and FY2026 financial results.
The board will also consider recommending a dividend on equity shares for FY ending 31st March 2026.
Trading Window will remain closed from 1st April 2026 to 7th May 2026 under the Insider Trading Code.
