M&M ESOP Trust Transfers 55,457 Equity Shares

Mahindra & Mahindra disclosed transfer of 55,457 equity shares by its Employees' Stock Option Trust to 67 grantees on 24th March 2026.
Shares were transferred pursuant to exercise of stock options granted under the Company's Employees' Stock Option Scheme.
The largest individual allotment was 16,300 shares to Amit Kumar Sinha, followed by 4,000 shares to K N Vaidyanathan.
