ESOP / RSU Share Transfer
Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited Employees' Stock Option Trust transferred 24,415 equity shares of the company to eligible persons on Tuesday, 30th June 2026. The transfer was executed pursuant to the exercise of vested stock options by the employees under two schemes:
- Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited – Employees' Stock Option Scheme – 2010
- Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Limited – Restricted Stock Units Plan 2023
