M Tek Copper Appoints Chintan Bhadiyadra as Director

Board of M Tek Copper Limited appointed Mr. Chintan Bhadiyadra as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director.
Appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing General Meeting and is liable to retire by rotation.
Mr. Bhadiyadra will be entitled to sitting fees as decided by the Board and holds no other directorships.
