Launch of VyaPower Digital Learning Platform
On World Entrepreneurship Day, M3M Foundation announced the digital expansion of its VyaPower Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) with the launch of a dedicated Learning Management System (LMS). The LMS is being developed in partnership with Fundink and is designed to deliver structured, self‑paced entrepreneurship training to aspiring entrepreneurs, particularly rural women, youth, micro‑enterprise owners and community groups across India.
Programme Objectives and Curriculum
VyaPower aims to move participants from aspiration to enterprise and from enterprise to sustainable livelihoods. The curriculum covers the full entrepreneurial journey, including development of an entrepreneurial mindset, opportunity identification, business planning, customer and market understanding, costing and pricing, financial management, marketing and branding, digital opportunities, and strategies for managing and growing sustainable enterprises. The digital format seeks to overcome geographic, time and access barriers that limit participation in conventional classroom‑based programmes.
Capacity‑Building Phase and Trainer Network
The initiative has already completed an intensive Training of Trainers (ToT) programme, creating a pool of facilitators capable of delivering entrepreneurship learning deeper into communities. The LMS will standardise and digitise this learning framework, allowing systematic learner engagement, progress tracking and scalability.
Target Beneficiaries and Partnership Model
A key focus is to make entrepreneurship education accessible to rural and semi‑urban women, including members of Self‑Help Groups (SHGs), community collectives, livelihood programmes and women operating small or home‑based enterprises. The platform also opens the VyaPower ecosystem to NGOs, educational institutions, SHGs, community‑based organisations and livelihood organisations. These entities can approach M3M Foundation to access the VyaPower learning framework, capacity‑building support and the Train‑the‑Trainer model, enabling them to deliver structured entrepreneurship education to their own beneficiaries. The collaborative model is expected to generate a multiplier effect, where trained facilitators support multiple aspiring entrepreneurs and successful entrepreneurs create further livelihoods and employment within their communities.
Leadership Quote
Speaking at the launch, Dr. Payal Kanodia, Chairperson and Trustee of M3M Foundation, said, "India has tremendous entrepreneurial aspiration, particularly among its youth and women. What is often missing is access to structured knowledge, confidence, mentoring and the right ecosystem. Through VyaPower, we want to bridge this gap and enable people to translate their skills and ideas into sustainable enterprises." She added that digitalisation will allow the knowledge to reach far beyond classroom boundaries and invited NGOs, institutions and grassroots organisations to partner with the foundation.
