Mach Travel Solutions Limited received ROC approval and new certificate of incorporation for its name change from Mach Conferences and Events Limited.
Shareholders approved the name change at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on April 24, 2026.
The official name change is effective from May 12, 2026, as per the new certificate of incorporation.
Company is required to display its old name alongside the new name for two years as per Section 12 of the Act.
