The primary agenda of this meeting is to approve, consider, adopt, and publish the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated financial results of the company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2026. The board will also address other regular business of the company.
Regarding trading restrictions, the company has implemented a closure of the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company. This closure became effective from 1st July, 2026 in accordance with the company's "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons." The Trading Window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the aforementioned Financial Results.
