Land Acquisition Details
Macpower CNC Machines Limited has acquired legally registered leasehold rights over approximately 13 acres of land (including 4 acres green zone) situated near Metoda GIDC, Rajkot, Gujarat. The lease is for a 30-year period starting from July 21, 2026. The land was acquired at a nominal rate.
Purpose of Acquisition
The land will be used for:
- Debottlenecking existing manufacturing processes
- Component production
- Future expansion of manufacturing facilities and business operations
The acquisition forms part of the Company's strategic growth and capacity expansion plans.
Investment Details
Proposed Investment: Approximately ₹50 Crore
Investment Allocation: Building infrastructure, plant & machinery, utilities, and associated facilities on the leased land
Funding: Through internal accruals and/or debt financing, as appropriate
Timeline: Targeted project completion within 12 months
Industrial Policy Benefits
The project qualifies for benefits under Viksit Gujarat Industrial Policy 2026:
- Capital Subsidy: Up to 25% on Plant & Machinery and Building
- Interest Subsidy: 7% on applicable loan interest rates
Project Consultants
The Company has engaged Taknik Consultants, an Ahmedabad-based industrial consulting firm, for the project.
