Strategic Land Acquisition Details

Macpower CNC Machines Limited has acquired legally registered leasehold rights over approximately 13 acres of land (including 4 acres green zone) near Metoda GIDC, Rajkot, Gujarat. The land is secured on a 30-year lease basis at a nominal rate.

Project Purpose and Utilization

The land will be used for:

  • Debottlenecking existing manufacturing processes
  • Component production
  • Future expansion of manufacturing facilities including backward integration

Financial Commitment and Funding

  • Proposed Investment: Approximately ₹50 Crore
  • Investment Allocation: Building infrastructure, plant & machinery, utilities, and associated facilities
  • Funding Source: Through internal accruals and/or debt financing, as appropriate

Project Timeline and Execution

  • Targeted Completion: Within 12 months
  • Consulting Partner: The Company has engaged Taknik Consultants, an Ahmedabad-based industrial consulting firm

Government Incentives

The project is eligible for benefits under Viksit Gujarat Industrial Policy 2026, including:

  • Up to 25% Capital Subsidy on Plant & Machinery and Building
  • 7% Interest Subsidy

  • Existing Capacity: 2500 Machines Per Annum
  • Current Manufacturing Unit: 8 acres at Metoda G.I.D.C., Rajkot, Gujarat
  • Product Range: 27 different series/product segments with 380+ variants and models
