The Board of Directors meeting was originally scheduled for May 25, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. to consider and approve Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results in IND-AS format for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
The Chairman, with consent of all directors present, decided to adjourn the meeting to Thursday, May 28, 2026. The adjourned meeting will consider remaining agenda items including consideration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
The company had previously announced this meeting on May 7, 2026.
Trading Window Status
As per the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the company's securities has been closed for all Directors, officers, and Designated Employees since April 1, 2026. The trading window will reopen after 48 hours of the announcement and intimation of the financial results to the stock exchanges.
