Statutory Auditor Appointment

The Board, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, has appointed M/s. B. Narsing Rao & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants (FRN: S000149), Hyderabad, as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a period of 3 years effective from July 1, 2026. This appointment will span from the conclusion of the 36th Annual General Meeting to the conclusion of the 39th Annual General Meeting, subject to approval by shareholders at the ensuing 36th AGM.

This appointment follows the retirement of the previous statutory auditors, P. Murali & Co., Chartered Accountants (FRN 007257S), who were re-appointed at the thirty-second AGM held on September 29, 2022, for a four-year term ending with the conclusion of the thirty-sixth AGM to be held on September 29, 2026.

The Board has also appointed M/s. Ganga Rao & Associates, Chartered Accountants (M.No. 223232), Hyderabad as Internal Auditors for the financial year 2026-27. This appointment was made based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and pursuant to the provisions of section 138 of the Companies Act, 2013.
