The company has fixed Wednesday, September 23, 2026 as the cut-off date for determining eligibility for remote e-voting. This date will be used to ascertain the names of shareholders holding shares in either physical or dematerialized form who are entitled to cast electronic votes for the business to be transacted at the AGM.
