Madras Fertilizers discloses cessation of two independent directors, Mr. Sanjay Vishnu Shetye and CA. Alok Kumar Agrawal, effective April 16, 2026.
The cessation is due to completion of their one-year tenure as per orders from the Department of Fertilizers, Government of India.
The company confirms no other reasons for cessation and no relationships with other directors, complying with SEBI LODR Regulation 30.
