Key Decisions Approved
The Board of Directors of Maestros Electronics & Telecommunications Systems Limited, at its meeting held on Monday, August 24, 2026, via Video Conferencing, approved two items:
1. The Annual General Meeting Notice.
2. Issuance of bonus equity shares.

Rights and Ranking
The bonus shares, once allotted, will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing fully paid-up equity shares of the Company and carry the same rights. They are not considered an income or distribution in lieu of dividend.
Approval Requirements
The bonus issue is subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM) and other regulatory approvals as may be required.
