Maestros Electronics & Telecommunications Systems Limited has intimated the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited about an upcoming board meeting scheduled for May 29, 2026. The company also disclosed that its trading window has been closed since the closing of trading hours of BSE on April 1, 2026. The trading window will remain closed and will be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the year and quarter ended March 31, 2026.
Designated persons and their immediate relatives are requested to ensure compliance with the Securities Exchange and Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (including amendments thereto) and are instructed not to trade or deal in the Company's securities during the trading window closure period.
