Contract Terms:
The contract is governed by General Terms and Conditions as provided in the Marketplace. It constitutes an agreement between the Seller (Maestros Electronics) and the Buyer (Mazagon Dock) for supply of goods and/or services in accordance with:
- General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
- Goods/Services specific Special Terms and Conditions (STC)
- BID/Reverse Auction Additional Terms and Conditions (ATC), as applicable
