Mafatlal Industries Limited has scheduled a meeting of the Board of Directors for Friday, 7th August 2026. The primary purpose of this meeting is to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2026.
The Company had previously intimated designated persons and the stock exchange about the closure of the Trading Window for trading in the Company's equity shares. The Trading Window closure period began on 1st July 2026 and will continue until the expiry of 48 hours from the date the financial results are declared and made public. Accordingly, the Trading Window Closure Period will end 48 hours after the results are declared on 7th August 2026.
