Magellanic Cloud Limited disclosed that its wholly owned subsidiary, Provigil Surveillance Limited, has received a purchase order from Nayara Energy Limited valued at ₹44,60,400 (Rupees Forty-Four Lakh Sixty Thousand Four Hundred Only).
The purchase order is specifically for the implementation of an AI-powered Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) and Video Analytics Platform across selected Retail Outlets and Oil Depots of Nayara Energy Limited.
This purchase order was awarded in the ordinary course of business of the company and is aligned with its core business of providing integrated surveillance, security and technology solutions.
The company stated its commitment to executing the project with the highest standards of quality, efficiency and operational excellence while continuing to pursue similar opportunities across the energy, transportation, government and critical infrastructure sectors.
