Contract Award Details
Provigil Surveillance Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Magellanic Cloud Limited, has received a Letter of Acceptance from Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL), office of CGM, Jaipur.
Contract Value: ₹3,16,00,452.60 (including all Duties and Taxes)
Project Scope: Provision of CCTV surveillance solutions across the specified section of the Western Dedicated Freight Corridor (WDFC) for a period of Five Years on OPEX Model
Scope of Work Includes:
- Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of CCTV surveillance systems at designated manned and unmanned locations
- Integration of existing cameras
- Deployment of centralized monitoring and video analytics capabilities
- Operation and maintenance of the system for a period of five years following successful commissioning
Timeline: Installation and commissioning to be completed within 90 days from the LOA/purchase order, followed by the contracted operation and maintenance period
Strategic Significance
This order represents a significant opportunity for Provigil and further strengthens the Company's presence in the railway, transportation and critical infrastructure surveillance segment.
The order is in the ordinary course of business of Provigil and is aligned with its core business of providing integrated surveillance, telecommunications and security infrastructure solutions.
