Magellanic Cloud Limited announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Provigil Surveillance Limited, has received a Letter of Acceptance from Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL), Ahmedabad, for a contract valued at ₹8,89,99,860 (₹8.90 crore).

The contract involves Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Operations & Maintenance (SITC and O&M) of an IP-based CCTV Surveillance System on an OPEX model for a period of five years. The project covers locations between New Palanpur and New Gothangam under the CGM/ADI Unit of the Western Dedicated Freight Corridor (WDFC).

Scope of Work

The scope includes remote video monitoring, asset protection, perimeter security, Command and Control Centre infrastructure and associated surveillance systems. The deployment incorporates AI-enabled video analytics, centralized monitoring, video management and storage, and command-and-control capabilities.

Strategic Context

This is the second DFCCIL order received by Provigil within a week, following another order secured on August 13, 2026. The consecutive engagements strengthen Provigil's footprint across critical transportation infrastructure and reinforce its growing presence within the railway and public-sector ecosystem.
