4. Appointment of Independent Director: To appoint Mr. Prathamesh Mukund Gaikwad (DIN: 09750896) as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five years commencing from 14th August 2026. He was appointed as an Additional Director on 14th August 2026 and holds office until this AGM.

5. Reappointment of Managing Director: To reappoint Mr. Deepak Chaganlal Choudhari (DIN: 03175105) as Chairman and Managing Director for a period of three years with effect from March 15, 2027.
