Mahalaxmi Fabric Mills Appoints Hilery Mashrani as CS & Compliance Officer

Mahalaxmi Fabric Mills appointed CS Hilery Hiteshbhai Mashrani as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective May 14, 2026.
The appointment was made pursuant to Section 203 of Companies Act 2013 and SEBI LODR Regulation 6(1) during the board meeting.
Mashrani holds qualifications as Company Secretary, LLB and B.Com with expertise in corporate compliance and legal regulatory matters.
