Mahan Industries schedules its first board meeting of FY2026-27 on May 28, 2026 to approve audited standalone financial results for Q4 and year ended March 31, 2026.
The meeting will consider financial results compliance with SEBI LODR Regulation 33 and may address other items with chair permission.
Trading window closure for designated persons has been in effect since April 1, 2026 and will reopen 48 hours after results declaration.
