Mahanagar Gas Appoints Praveer Srivastava as MD

Mahanagar Gas appoints Praveer Kumar Srivastava as Managing Director effective April 30, 2026 for a five-year term.
Ashu Shinghal ceases to be Managing Director from April 30, 2026 following GAIL nomination withdrawal.
Srivastava brings three decades of experience from GAIL including leadership in gas operations and green hydrogen projects.
Appointment is subject to shareholder approval and contingent on GAIL directives.
