  • Qualifications: Master of Labour Studies with specialization in Human Resources and Employee Relations from University of Mumbai.
  • Responsibilities: As Functional Head for HR and CSR, will oversee Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Administration, Security and CSR functions. Will be a member of the senior management team and contribute to achievement of company's strategic objectives.
  • Previous Experience: Held senior HR leadership roles with Saint-Gobain Group, Godrej Interio, Alliance Tire Group, and Dabur India Limited. Has contributed significantly to greenfield projects, organizational design & development, performance & reward systems, compensation benchmarking, employee engagement, industrial relations, and statutory compliance. Has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions from an HR perspective.

Mr. Mukesh Panhotra

  • Brief Profile: Holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur, HP. Also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Dual) from Balaji Institute of Modern Management, Pune.
