Maharashtra Scooters Acquires Bajaj Auto Shares, ₹53.45Cr

Maharashtra Scooters Ltd disclosed acquisition of shares in two entities on 25 March 2026, under SEBI Regulation 30.
MSL acquired 0.0125% in Bajaj Auto Ltd for ₹31.87 Crore; cumulative stake now 2.4738% at ₹112.46 Crore total cost.
MSL also acquired 0.0039% in a second entity for ₹21.58 Crore; cumulative stake 3.0533% at ₹71.65 Crore.
Both acquisitions made through secondary market in ordinary course of business as an unregistered core investment company.
