Regulatory Update on Scheme of Arrangement

This communication serves as an update to the previous intimation dated 22nd May, 2026 regarding the approval of the Scheme of Arrangement by the Board of Directors of Maharashtra Seamless Limited.

The Company informs that the Scheme of Arrangement is currently under further review. The reviewed Scheme will be placed before any subsequent Board Meeting for its approval. Following Board approval, the Scheme will be submitted to the Stock Exchanges.
