The facility features negative pressure, HEPA filtration, secure access, and advanced containment, supporting high‑risk pathogen studies and vaccine development.
Led by Dr Chiranjay Mukhopadhyay, the lab involves collaboration with KMC, MCOPS, MSLS, and MIT for interdisciplinary training and outbreak response.
