Strategic Context & Performance Update

Chairman Anand G Mahindra characterized the global situation as "Samudra Manthan" (great churning) and noted that both India and Mahindra have successfully extracted "amrit" (nectar) from this churning. India is gaining global relevance as a manufacturing hub with approximately 25% of all iPhones now manufactured in India, reflecting changing global supply chains and India's advantages of scale, large internal market, talent, political stability, and strategic flexibility.

The company reported outstanding results for the year with historical highs achieved. The revolutionary NU_IQ platform is rewriting rules of mobility and comfort. The innovation engine has gained significant force with patents granted increasing from 56 to over 1,300 in the last decade. The company announced one of its largest prospective investments - ₹15,000 crore over 10 years in Nagpur, representing a strong statement of confidence in the future.

External recognition includes being named Outstanding Company of the Year at the India Business Leadership Awards and listed among the world's Top 50 Companies by TIME magazine.

Strategic Outlook & Attack Mode Declaration

The Chairman noted that uncertainty has become the norm with recent events in West Asia reminding that black swan events may be obsolete because "the pond now seems full of black swans." What appeared as temporary disruption now looks like a longer-term reset of supply chains, geopolitics, technology, and business models, leading to "Manthan 2.0."

For India, the opportunity exists to become a "connector economy" - not non-aligned but multi-aligned, serving as a trusted partner across the world. The question is no longer whether India will rise, but how fully it will convert this moment into enduring advantage.

For Mahindra, the Chairman declared this is time to move from navigation to acceleration through what he termed "Attack Mode" - drawing analogy from Formula E racing where drivers make deliberate choices to accelerate at the right moment even when conditions are imperfect. Attack Mode is described as strategic acceleration backed by preparation, confidence backed by capability, and ambition backed by execution - not reckless speed. The company will accelerate through uncertainty confident in its vision, strategy, and execution effectiveness.
