Mahindra Finance Appoints LIC's Krishna Nair as Director

Mahindra Finance appoints Mr. Krishna Kumar Sukumaran Nair as Additional Non-Executive Director effective 23rd June 2026.
Mr. Nair is LIC's Executive Director and Chief Compliance Officer, representing LIC's 10.26% stake on the board.
The appointment follows Nomination Committee recommendation and requires shareholder approval at the 21st July 2026 AGM.
