Mahindra Logistics Appoints Vimal Agarwal Internal Auditor

Mr. Vimal Agarwal has been appointed as the Internal Auditor of the Company with effect from 20 July 2026.
The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee at their meeting held on Monday, 20 July 2026.
Mr. Vimal Agarwal is a Chartered Accountant and MBA with 25 years of experience in finance, governance, and business strategy across multinational corporations and listed Indian entities.
His professional background includes:
Multiple leadership roles at PepsiCo India, driving financial operations, planning & analytics, and supply chain finance
Former Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Mahindra Lifespaces
Former CFO of Mahindra Holidays & Resorts over the last 2 years
Currently serves as Group Chief Internal Auditor of Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, the holding company of Mahindra Logistics Limited
He is recognized for strengthening governance frameworks, enhancing internal controls, and enabling Boards and leadership teams in shaping and executing growth strategies.
No relationships between directors were disclosed as this appointment is not for a director position.
