Mahindra & Mahindra Limited has completed the divestment of its entire stake in Erkunt Sanayi Anonim Şirketi (Erkunt Foundry), which was a step-down subsidiary of the company.
The transaction was executed through the company's investment chain:
- Mahindra Overseas Investment Company (Mauritius) Limited (MOICML) - a wholly owned subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra Limited
- Erkunt Traktör Sanayii Anonim Şirketi - a wholly owned subsidiary of MOICML
Both entities completed the sale of their entire stake in Erkunt Sanayi Anonim Şirketi.
The divestment became effective from 6th August 2026, and as a result, Erkunt Foundry has ceased to be a subsidiary of MOICML and consequently ceased to be a step-down subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra Limited.
The company received formal intimation of the completion at 09:37 p.m. (IST) on 6th August 2026.
