Mahindra & Mahindra discloses transfer of 33,104 equity shares from its ESOP Trust to 35 employees on 21st May 2026.
The transfer fulfills regulatory undertaking given to exchanges during the Trust's listing and follows exercise of stock options.
CEO Anish Shah received the largest allocation of 15,873 shares, representing nearly half of the total shares transferred.
The disclosure includes detailed annexure with all beneficiary names and exact share quantities transferred to each employee.
