Mahindra & Mahindra disclosed the transfer of 68,019 equity shares from its Employees' Stock Option Trust to grantees on 14th May 2026.
The transfer was executed pursuant to the exercise of stock options under the company's ESOP scheme, fulfilling a listing undertaking.
A total of 87 employees received shares, with individual allocations ranging from 12 to 6,564 shares per grantee.
