Mahindra & Mahindra approved a 26% equity investment in Neon Hybren Private Limited on 9th April 2026.
The investment ensures compliance with Electricity Rules 2005 for a 30MW captive solar power plant in Punjab.
Neon Hybren is a step-down subsidiary with nil revenue and a net worth of ₹10.77 lakhs as of March 2025.
The transaction, to be completed by 31st December 2026, will be executed via a cash consideration.
