Maithan Alloys Appoints Two Senior Management Officers

Maithan Alloys appointed B. Venugopal Rao as Plant Head of Visakhapatnam Unit, a member of Senior Management, effective 16 May 2026.
The company elevated Amar Modi, DGM Commercial, to Senior Management, effective 16 May 2026.
Both appointments were approved by the Board based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation.
