Maithan Alloys Reappoints Internal and Cost Auditors

Maithan Alloys' Board reappointed M/s. Akhileshwar Prasad & Co. as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-2027.
The Board also reappointed M/s. S.K. Sahu & Associate as Cost Auditor for FY 2026-2027 at a fee of ₹60,000.
The appointments were approved at a Board Meeting held on 16th May 2026, lasting over 6 hours.
The Cost Auditor appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
