Majestic Auto Sells Greater Noida Plots for ₹143.5 Cr

Majestic Auto Limited completed sale of its leasehold plots at Greater Noida to Cyrrus Manufacturing LLP on March 30, 2026.
Total sale consideration received is ₹143.515 crore, including transfer charges, GST, stamp duty, and registration fee.
The plots represented 11.85% of consolidated net worth and 6.30% of consolidated revenue as per FY2024-25 financials.
Transaction was a non-related-party deal, originally approved by the Board in December 2022 and shareholders via postal ballot in February 2023.
