Announcement
Mana Projects unveiled Forest Province, a premium 10‑acre residential enclave within the larger The Right Life master‑planned township in East Bengaluru. The launch was announced on 12 August 2026, highlighting an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹3,101 crore.
Project Scope and Layout
Forest Province will comprise approximately 1,052 residential units with a total saleable area of 2,434,025 sq ft. The enclave consists of eight high‑rise towers, each rising up to 33 floors and delivering four residences per floor to ensure privacy. Unit configurations include 3‑, 3.5‑ and 4‑BHK apartments ranging from ~1,700 sq ft to ~2,800 sq ft. The development is strategically positioned near the township’s grand entrance and upcoming office blocks, offering live‑work convenience while preserving exclusivity.
Nature‑Centred Design
At the core of Forest Province lies a 1+‑acre ground‑level urban forest, equivalent to nearly 15 tennis courts, populated with over 1,000 trees, shrubs and plants. The forest follows the Miyawaki planting methodology, creating a dense, biodiverse habitat that improves air quality, generates a cooler micro‑climate and provides a quiet, natural backdrop for residents. The enclave adopts a vehicle‑free podium concept; vehicular movement is routed to basement parking via dedicated ramps, allowing the podium to remain traffic‑free, safer, and more walkable.
Clubhouse and Lifestyle Amenities
A 46,000 sq ft multi‑layered club complex serves the community, divided into four distinct zones:
- Club One – ground‑level facility integrating indoor recreation, a swimming pool, and direct access to the central forest.
- Sky Club – an elevated space offering panoramic views of the surrounding cityscape.
- Sun Club – dedicated to fitness, co‑working, and wellness, featuring a gym, yoga areas and a library.
- Moon Club – designed for social and leisure activities, including a spa, party zones, performance spaces and lounges.
Additional outdoor amenities comprise sports courts, fitness zones, children’s play areas and landscaped open spaces, encouraging an active, community‑centric lifestyle.
Design Philosophy and Safety Features
The development emphasizes pedestrian‑first design, with the vehicle‑free podium enhancing safety, walkability and a cleaner living environment. Circulation pathways are carefully planned to separate pedestrian flow from vehicular movement, ensuring smooth access for both residents and visitors.
